About the Author Matt Monast was born in Toronto Ontario Canada, graduating high school in 2006, from Timothy Eaton B.T.I. For as long as he can remember, Matt has been writing stories. At the age of seven, he recalls sitting for hours at the family-room table, putting his thoughts and ideas down on paper, often stealing his mother's eye-liner, or sister's pencil crayons, just so he could continue his work. It's been a dream of Matt's to share his work with others. As he likes to say, "My mind is a library, my heart tells the story." Nayeli is Matt's first accomplished book. He has many others currently in the works, with Nayeli Vol. 2 scheduled for release in early 2015.

His writing talent is incredible, words like poetry.. Its hard to put down. He makes it very easy to picture every detail in my mind as I read. I am very excited to read more by you.
