Thank you By Leon Opio I offered Martha Tuchowska to review her book, but had no clue that their were many parts of this book that hit close to home for me. I currently work at a job I don't enjoy and try to think of a positive spin everyday to make it through the day. Her words help me put a different perspective on methods to go to work positively. I will definitely be going back to this book from time to time to read passages that seem to speak personally to me. All I can say is thank you.

By Brad Mayo I always seem to be a very busy person and I use to not have a lot of time to do and learn about mindfulness until I read this great book. This book was easy to follow and really showed me the importance of mindfulness even though i'm so busy. I definitely recommend this book.
