By Jackie Cooper The artist has incorporated and combined the fluid rhythmic pulse of the oceans, and the gracefulness of the dolphin into captivating images that will come alive as you add color. Each Illustration will inspire you.This book is perfect for Dolphin lovers of all ages, perfect for Crayons, Markers and Perfect for using Color Pencils and Crayola Water Color pencils plus it is perfect for experimenting with different colored pencil techniques and my choice for these illustrations.1. 30 illustrations printed one per page (the back of each page is blank) on medium weight, bright white paper.2. All markers bleed through this paper so place two pieces of paper under the page you are coloring to prevent damage to the next illustration.3. When I use colored pencils in this book, I place a clip board under the page I am coloring and fold the rest of the book under the clip board, this way I don’t leave indented lines in the underlying illustrations.4. The details in the illustrations vary from picture to picture with most being medium sized details, there are no tiny details in this book, to me this book calls out for colored pencils and color pencil techniques but crayons, markers, and pens will also work well on most of the pictures. Some of the simple illustrations would be perfect for adding your own unique patterns to the outlined dolphins.5. 11 of the illustrations are of Dolphins centered on the page and each adorned in a different variety of designs, the rest vary from collages of just dolphins to dolphins incorporated into patterns or swimming among the waves, jumping over the waves or swimming along the ocean floor.

By Cinci Lin The good news: contains a huge assortment of dolphins and dolphin-related pages: dolphins leaping from the sea, an abstract/geometric dolphin, swirling & ornate dolphins, some are fine line and some have broad lines. This will have artwork that will appeal to the dolphin-snob and to the preschooler and everyone in-between. Images are on one side of the page. The paper is bright white.The bad news: paper is on the thin side, so place a blank sheet in-between while you work. Pages are not perforated and were a bit difficult to remove.My family vacations at the Outer Banks some summers and also during the off season. It would be wonderful to buy a few of these sea-creature type coloring books to take along so family and friends could color, chat, and enjoy adult beverages after a day at the beach!

By Jody E [[VIDEOID:e6f7a6934f6cd9e9cf3985c184911184]] This Wonderful Stress Relieving Dolphin Coloring book is great! This is definitely for Dolphin Lovers of all ages or just anyone who loves coloring. I have already colored this once because a friend sent me some of her sheets from her copy and I got this one so I would have my own copy and a chance to color it again! There are 30 pages of water filled fun waiting for you to color.Each page is printed on single side medium weight paper. The last time I colored it I used gel pens, fine line markers, and Crayola markers. All of the markers bleed through and you can see the gel pens through the paper. I used a piece of heavy weight drawing paper to put between the pages so I don't accidently ruin another page.The artist has done an amazing job of bringing the movement of the ocean and the gracefulness and life of the dolphins to the page. I love how there are some semi intricate and some very simple pages. There is something for everyone to enjoy. There is nothing too complicated about this book. I was fortune enough to receive this awesome book in exchange for my honest review.
