0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. worth the wait By harlock This book picks up right from the ending of the last book. the story is told from several points of view Cory,Irina, and Khat. I believe that having mutiple points of view added to the story as we get to see what motivates various characters. and we get a wider view of the world at large. Insight is also given into who or what Cory is. I also enjoyed how Cory comes into his own, in the first book he comes across a little like a victim. The story is also filled with plenty of plots and subplots to keep you guessing. this book stands on its on but there are plenty of plot threads left to justify a sequel which i hope the author writes. I love this series and eagerly bought this book as soon as i saw it posted. There are a few editing concerns but with each book the author continues to grow in her craft and has a excellent imagination. and for the price you cannot lose, well maybe a bit of sleep it is a good story.
