Example: question gives a trauma patient with blood loss scenario and asks for estimated percentage of blood loss. In the answer it refers to Class 1-4 hemorrhage loss and briefly associates the percentage lost with class 1 and 4 without reviewing criteria for classification. Class 2 and 3 not mentioned or reviewed. I found Rosh review to be a better mode for review by reading the answer recap in addition to just answering questions.

If that is your goal then this is your book and you do not need to purchase anything else. It was great to have all of the blueprints content in an organized, thorough format in one book to pass this test. If you are looking for an in depth EM review like the reviewer prior, then this is not it. It made the test a breeze and was a relief to have focused EM CAQ content in one place. Thanks

It you are studying for a CAQ exam it's assumed that you have a basic understanding (ie. I know what diverticulitis is) but need a refresher more geared towards work-up and treatment. It irks me when a book is "incomplete" like this in treatment sections. I don't need to know "treatment is antibiotics" I need to know "treatment is Levaquin 500mg QD for 10 days."
