The Day the Dinosaurs Died was the hands down favorite --think historical fiction for dinosaur loving littles. The other two will work better when he is a more independent reader, I think. Very motivating books to promote early reading, lots of educational value in the content, too. Plus, a jumping off place for even more science (space, weather, ecosystems, reptiles vs mammals, even tsunamis).
