It's a necessity for anyone studying for their Series 7 exam. There are 500 practice questions along with a nice answer key that helps explain the correct answer to each question. For its cost, I'd highly recommend this to anyone studying for their exam, or for anyone who wants to learn a little about personal investing.This product was received at a discount in exchange for an honest review.

Great book if you're looking to get into the financial services industry By James I've interviewed with a large financial firm over the phone around 8 or 9 times. I finally had the opportunity to go on site for an interview last year and ultimately didn't not get the position. Part of that position requires taking on your series 7 and 63 licenses, neither of which I had any information about. When it came time in the interview for the company to ask - how will you prepare - I gave a half-hearted mostly made up answer because I didn't really know.I bought this so I could answer that question faithfully next time - well, I purchased an exam prep book and have been studying independently in preparation for this day. That's what I'm going to say. In looking through the book and reviewing some of the questions, I feel I'll be prepared. I've cross referenced some of the items in the book with some information available on Investopedia (the website suggested by the company to research concepts) and everything is spot on. I received this item at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. I value consumer feedback and take reviewing seriously, as I rely on reviews myself to make informed purchases. My words are reflective of my experience and I hope you find value in this review.

(Okay, not really, but I HAVE tried to post it 3 times already.) I don't know what it is with amazon the last couple of days, but I have had a super hard time trying to get my reviews to post.So, I'm not going to type up the same big long review that I have typed up three times already.Let's just say that I really like this guide, and I think it would be VERY beneficial for anyone trying to study for this particular exam.This isn't your typical study guide, where it goes over lots of information and then quizzes what you know. No. This is just what it claims to be -- 500 questions that you might find on the Series 7 exam. The questions are very good, and I feel they would adequately prepare a student for doing well on the exam. I also really like that the answer key gives you explanations for why that particular answer is the best one to choose.All in all, a great guide. No complaints.
