Another great addition to a great series By Patrick I haven't finished it yet, and probably won't for a while, but it's a wonderful addition to Steadman's great collection of Greek texts for the intermediate student of Greek. I like to work through a page, carefully making sure I understand every word and grammatical structure, and then read it aloud a couple times before moving on to the next, trying to hear it as a living language. Steadman's work makes that less time consuming, giving me more time to study the grammar and -- best -- enjoy the language. I particularly enjoy reading Plato's Greek. I just like his style: it's clear and elegant and you really only see that in the original. So every time I see that Steadman has giving another dialog his particular treatment, I snap it up. So much better than parallel or facing page translations!
